What is SnapDoc? +
SnapDoc is an AI-powered document management platform. Upload your PDFs, images, and documents — SnapDoc automatically organizes them, extracts text, and makes everything searchable with natural language queries.
Is SnapDoc private and secure? +
Absolutely. Your data stays yours. We only process the files you explicitly upload, store them securely, and you can delete your data at any time. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What file types are supported? +
SnapDoc supports PDFs, common image formats (JPG, PNG, TIFF, WEBP), and most document types. The AI can extract text from scanned documents and images using OCR, making even handwritten or printed documents searchable.
How does AI document search work? +
When you upload a document, SnapDoc extracts and indexes all the text. You can then ask questions in plain English — like "find my insurance documents from 2023" or "show contracts mentioning the Smith project" — and SnapDoc returns the relevant files instantly.
Can I cancel my subscription? +
Yes, absolutely. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your Profile page. There are no cancellation fees. Once canceled, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between Plus and Pay-As-You-Go? +
Plus ($5/month) gives you 25 new file processings every month — ideal if you regularly upload documents. Pay-As-You-Go ($20) is a one-time purchase of 80 credits valid for one year — great if your usage is irregular. Both include all core features.
How do I get started? +
Getting started is free. Sign up, upload your first documents, and SnapDoc's AI will organize and make them searchable right away. No credit card required for the free tier.
